But I still want a place to share running info and talk about the 12in12in12.
I saw a video by Paula Radcliffe and Nike about 2012 and how to #makeitcount in 2012. So I made my own video the other morning when I got up, I posted it below. If you can't see anything, it's not your computer. It was 5 am and it was completely black outside, so although my face was a foot from my video camera, nothing came out except the audio. So you can at least hear my voice.
My training for the first of 12 marathons is in its downhill phase. I had my last long 20 miler two weekends ago, which went well. This past weekend was 5 on Saturday and 12 Sunday. On Saturday I ran 1 mile warmup and then 4 at 6:58 pace, which is fastest I have run for a while, and it felt real good. I would like to start to do more speedwork again, which I have held off on so I didn't get hurt or overtrained.
So I am feeling good, and am very psyched for Miami on January 29th. Two weeks left!
